The fresh, medium to medium-high intensity nose has leesy, citrus, white peach, and yeasty aromas rising out of the glass. On the dry, medium-full to full-bodied palate it is well-structured with delicious pear, citrus, grapefruit, and pea pod flavours with touches of spice and tropical fruits in a lean profile. It's got clean, well-structure acidity, which leads to stony mineral and leesy notes on the long finish. Tasted Apr. 2026.
