Wonderful from the very first glance, showing a golden hue. The nose is beautifully expressive, candied fruit, honey blossom, minerals, and a touch of cream. With air, a delicate flint edge emerges, eventually giving way to a subtle petroleum note that adds both character and complexity. Palate follows through with vibrant lemon, crushed white flowers, apple, honey undertones, brioche and a lift of citrus zest.
