Blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Mataro. The medium+ intensity nose seems a bit shy, offering elegant dark cherry, and savoury earth aromas, plus some spice, blackberry, and mineral notes adding complexity and intrigue. The medium+ to medium-full bodied is dry with very good structure and lovely, balanced aroma replays are joined by minty blackberry, black cherry, herbs, and spice notes on the flavour profile. It has very good, juicy acidity, alongside smooth, well-structured tannins. The finish length is excellent. Tasted Aug. 2025.
