The medium+ intensity nose has salty and rich aromas of butter, apple, and pear, accented with some earthy oak surrounding a core of ripe citrus and orchard fruits. The medium+ bodied palate is dry with pleasing aroma replays on the flavour profile, and supported by balanced acidity. Pear, vanilla, and touches of spice linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted May 2025.
