The nose on this Sauvignon Blanc is a bit shy, revealing glimpses of lemon citrus, apple, herbs, and mineral notes. The dry, concentrated palate has a viscous mouthfeel with lovely, flavoursome citrus, herbal, and mineral replays joined by a touch of spiciness, lemongrass, and apple flavours. Acids are clean and well-balanced. Intriguing vanilla notes appear on the long finish. Tasted Apr. 2025.
