This 100% Sangiovese Grosso has a fresh, medium-high to highly aromatic nose featuring elegant dark red Morello cherry, rose florals, sweet spices, and clove. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has lovely, balanced aroma replays along with savoury earth notes on the flavour profile. From a lighter and fresher vintage, the smooth, refined tannins have good structure and are lifted by the fresh acidity. Elegant and well-balanced with earthy, cherry, and floral notes lingering on the long, delicious, and very satisfying finish. Tasted Oct. 2024.
