Fragrant and open, with a medium-high intensity nose that has a whisper of reductiveness followed by lovely ripe, plummy, black & red fruit, cherry, blackberry & currant aromas nuanced w/ savoury earth, oak & touches of mineral. Medium+ to medium-full bodied palate is deliciously ripe w/ plummy, black & red fruits, cherry, blackberry, currant, cocoa & savoury earthy oak flavours. Crisp & juicy acidity. Ripe tannins have a supple, slightly chalky textured grip. Touch of florality & spice on mid-palate. Berry notes taper to savoury earth & minerals on long finish. Tasted Mar. 2025. Score: 90+ pts
