Fresh and open, the medium-high to highly aromatic nose offers cool, minty, black cherry, dark currant, and cassis aromas alongside gentle oak spice, and savoury earth notes. It's full-bodied and dry, with ripe cassis, plum, dark currant, black cherry, savoury earth, and cedary oak spice flavours flecked with minty herbs in a warming profile. It has crisp and juicy acidity, while the medium-firm and textured tannins are well-structured. Savoury earth and minty herb notes with touches of cedary oak linger on the long, chalky textured finish. Tasted Feb. 2025.
