87% Cab Sauv, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Merlot & 3% Cab Franc. Medium+ to medium-high intensity nose offers fresh evergreen & minty herb aromas wrapped around a core of mocha chocolate, savoury earth, black currant, blackberry & cassis + oak spice. Mid-weighted palate is dry & ripe with a delicious mix of minty herb, evergreen, oak spice, blackcurrant, cassis, and savoury earth flavours. Acids are crisp & juicy, while the smooth, ripe & fairly round tannins have good structure. Savoury earth, oak, minty herb & blackcurrant notes linger on long, well-balanced finish. Tasted Mar. 2025.
