The medium+ intensity nose delivers elegant red cherry and strawberry aromas layered over earthy, mushroom, and wood spice notes. It's medium+ bodied on the dry palate with lovely aroma replays joined by touches of attractive sweet spice flavours. It's well-balanced with fine acidity and textured tannins with good structure, while earthy and mushroom notes linger on the long, savoury finish. Tasted May 2025.
