2021 vintage - Hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed, this has a lovely, alluring, and highly aromatic nose of lemon/lime citrus, Granny Smith apple, petrol, and floral aromas. There’s some pleasant sweetness on the medium-dry palate with very good structured acidity supporting the ripe fruit flavours of lime citrus, apple, and beeswax with hints of minerality and white peach. It’s nicely textured with delicious apple and lemon citrus notes lingering on the long, structured, and juicy finish. Tasted May 2024.
