It's only wine but I like it
Really fine old vine Carignan, still remarkably fresh for a 7 year old wine. Concentrate, complex flavours, with a long finish. Oak is neatly tucked way in the back (indeed, less than half of the wine sees any wood, the majority is aged in stainless steel). This is excellent wine. Tasted Sep 2025.
