It's only wine but I like it
Medium bodied, nicely assembled Cab Sauv from Coonawarra. Notes of cooler climate herbs provide backdrop for the blackberry fruit. Oak is well in the background and the finish has some furry tannin. Very solid, as one has come to expect from this producer. Drinking fine now. Tasted Dec 2023.
