First night opened, the wine displayed plenty of herbs and peppery notes but was a bit fruit-shy. On night 2, the wine really opened up and the fruit came to the fore. Amazingly, worked very well with baked salmon. I suggest decanting the wine for an hour or two if consuming now or better, hold a year or two. Fine value in a short-term cellaring Cotes Du Rhone.
