Organic and biodynamic, this estate grown 100% Vidal has medium-high intensity and appealing aromas of sage, tea leaf, citrus, and savoury herbs, all of which come through very nicely in a well-balanced fashion on the dry palate. Pleasant grippiness on the mid-palate, along with balanced acidity. Flavour replays linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Apr. 2022.
