Made from younger vines and aged in large (7500 L) vats, this wine is all about pinot noir fruit. Bright, exuberant, riper than say a Burg or Niagara pinot, but balanced.. Red fruit, chrry, cranberry come to mind, with a hint of smokiness. Not for long ageing, just delicious right now, Take that, over-priced Burgundy. Tasted Nov 2021.
