My wife and I love Bordeaux-style reds and this is the best we've had in Niagara. The only wine we've had in Canada that is comparable was the Quintus from Karlo Estates in PEC (and I'm hopeful that their Sextus will also be in this league). Dark cherry, a little evergreen, and a hint of cocoa with tannins and alcohol that are perfectly balanced. Full-bodied and smoother than a baby's bottom. The only negative that I saw was the price. But it's worth it as a 'special occasion' wine.
