Much like the '14, this is an interesting detour. This has the big, ripe fruit that one might expect from a wine from southern Italy yet a pronounced herbal note like cab franc. The grape used here is the rarely seen (at least in Ontario( Cesanese. Nice. Tasted June 2021.
