Dry, high acid and a bit austere - not in a bad way, though. A hint of red berry fruit but mostly seems a bit more citrus/orchard fruit in flavour. Admittedly, rose is not my favourite style of wine and I probably should have waited for a hot day in June to open this rather than a cool, damp, April evening, Tasted April 2021.
