The subtle nose of this Aligoté has apple, stone fruit, and citrus aromas. It's medium-bodied with clean fruit and slightly tart citrusy and floral flavours. Food-friendly acids are juicy. Very good length on the finish with a slightly chalky mineral texture. Tasted Jan/2020.
