A 2015 red blend of about 60% Zinfandel and the rest Malbec and Petite Sirah from Sonoma County, California. Really generous with the new oak treatment Cherry pie filling, blackberry jam, vanilla, cinnamon, Asian 5-spice, dark chocolate. Intense smokey flavor. Long fairly bitter finish of chocolate and coffee. The acidity has a refreshing presence but the 14.8% alcohol is hot. Really concentrated intense flavors, tannins are medium to high in the dry mouth department.
