Very pale yellow colour. Fresh minerals on the nose. Nice soft dry white here with a beautiful well-balanced mix of floral and mineral on the palate. One of the best whites I've tasted.

Flowers and herbs on the nose. Tea, flowers, spice and smoky minerals on the palette. Dense, complex, juicy and full bodied. Delicious wine.

Descendientes De J. Palacios Pétalos 2014, Do Bierzo

Ink, peony, and mineral on the nose. Very dry and surprisingly light with flavours of smoke, minerals and fruit and very fine tannins. Really delicious, complex and fine.

Château Pesquié Terrasses 2014, Ac Côtes Du Ventoux

Nice dark red colour. Light fresh notes of ripe berries and spice on the nose. Medium bodied and very fresh with nice light tannins. Sour cherry, pepper, and lavender on the palate. Really delicious all on its own.

Domaine De Beaurenard Rasteau 2014, Rasteau

Dark cherry colour. Sour cherry and dark chocolate on the nose and palate. Secondary flavours of spice and minerals on palate. Tannins are fleshy but not overpowering. This wine is smooth and delicious with a long satisfying finish.

Clos Gebrat C G + 2014

Savoury, meaty, thick and smooth wine. Vanilla and cherry up front followed by a burst of chocolate on the end. Pleasantly complex and bold. Really excellent.

Dry earthy minerals, dried flowers, and violets. Dusty tannins.
