Errazuriz Max Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2013
Aconcagua Valley, Chile$16.00
Great, S. Blanc. pale straw colour, med-body, citrus, fruity, with light herbs. Dry-tart mineral finish. Trying with baked lemon dill salmon tonight
Graham's Late Bottled Vintage Port 2008, Douro Barraida
Portugal$16.95
Sweet Port wine. Some consider it still too young after 8 years, may need additional aging. Give it a chill in the fridge before serving, especially in the summer. Try with dried fruit, nuts or after dinner with a good book...
Pessoa Da Vinha Reserva Douro 2010
Douro, Portugal$12.45
Dark red berry fruit, orange blossom aroma, balanced natural acidity, silky texture. Pair with Med. roast meat, baked lasagna, aged cheese beside a winter fireplace! Serve at 15 - 17c. Lovely balance with food. 2nd bottle: much lighter, nose does not appear until 16c, still one of my favorites
