Remarkably robust. Made with mostly Grenache with Cinsaut in support. Aromas feature strawberry, Asian pear, candy apple, sour cherry and a hint of earth. Serious, dry rosé with fairly impressive oomph to the mid-palate and the tangy, flavourful finish. Match it to crab cakes with aioli. (VINTAGES panel, March 2012)
