A fine Sauvignon Blanc that sits upright in its chair, it listens attentively to your stories and leaves when it’s time. Well done and all on schedule. A very entertaining nose of powdered candy, pop rocks, whole leaf grass, brown bread toast, sweetened radish and preserved lemon. The acids have nice concentration; they’re plump and have a mature view of themselves, acting appropriately and in tune with the fruit. All in all, a very attractive glass of white wine.
