This is classic New Zealand Sauvignon for those who like their gooseberry and herbal notes dialed back a degree....

Grassyiness, passion fruit, gooseberry, and some earthiness on the nose. Lots of fruit and crisp acidity. Medium-bodied and juicy. Chill well before serving.

Being a 2011, this is understandably a very green wine and exhibits minimal fruit notes. It is instead dominated by mineral, lime stone, grass clippings and acidity.
