Straw yellow colour; floral, honey, peach and apricot with light flint/mineral aromas; dry, light spritz, peach, grapefruit and a touch mineral in flavour; good acidity and good length. Serving Suggestion Shrimp or chicken chow mein; most seafood; poultry. This wine is now simply labelled "Riesling". In the past it was Riesling Dry.
