Stratus continues to confirm its position as a world-class producer. This Chardonnay, from an original vineyard block planted in 1984, has a tremendously pretty nose that offers great fruit, with toast and vanilla notes adding complexity. The palate is dry, full bodied and simply delicious. Fresh and very well made, with a superbly balanced acidity and a long, toasty finish.
