Very fresh, with bright acidity. Hints of citrus, apple and pear. The wine has a certain vibrancy not encountered in more traditional viognier varietals, perhaps due to the wine's 'natural' fermentation. Intended to be consumed young and well chilled. These kinds of wines rarely make their way onto LCBO shelves. At this price point it's easy to recommend to connoisseurs and the unitiated alike.
