So many competing and yet integrated layers on the nose. Notes of beeswax, stone fruit, lime, grass, smoke, minerality, salt, vanilla, and a perfumed floral character. The palate is balanced with a hint of sweetness that seems to be counterbalanced with a strong salinity. Medium plus body and high acidity. Excellent length.
In a way not quite sure what to make of this pungent and flavourful wine. Certainly not a shy wine but in the end liked the crunchy and tropical flavours.
