I wasn't sure what to expect when this bottle was shown to me along with a story about the Winemaker's organic style of growing grapes.

Apparently the yeast is all indigenous too which I found very interesting.

The result is a wonderful wine loaded with peach, orange peel, and mineral. Excellent acidity. What a great price too.

Yellow gold hue.
Stone fruit aromas ripe yellow peach, clover honey, slight flint.
Then the repeat on the palete.
Tangerine and honey followed by slight minerality and and balanced yet zippy acidity. Lingering finish reinvoking the toasty-flint .
Great value for this complex yet elegant wine.
Under $20 yet such careful vinticulture, very impressive.
Really suprised me when served with Gravlax and dill mustard. The honey notes both on the nose and palate played up the mustard sauce, and the weight of the wine matched the meal, what a great pairing!
