Welcome to Ontario’s first and only Custom Crush Winemaking Facility! Custom Crush Pads and winemaking collectives can be found in many of the world’s most famous wine regions. Now you can experience one right here in the heart of Niagara’s wine country. At The Crush, we have created an expansive production facility and harvest crush pad and brought in state-of-the-art winemaking equipment. This is now a space for local winemakers to craft their wines, and for wine enthusiasts to enjoy their creations. We invite you to explore our collective group of independent winemakers, and experience a diverse range of artisanal wines that showcase the diverse terroirs and winemaking styles found across Ontario.
