Kylix Wines
A kylix is a wine-drinking cup, typically made from terracotta, that was used during the classic Athenian period in Ancient Greece. Kylixes were used at symposiums, or "drinking parties", and were often decorated with scenes of dancing and/or festive drinking which would only be revealed as the cup was drained.
Kylix Wines was founded in 2005 with the expressed intention of focusing on the handcrafted and vineyard specific wines that family and estate wineries excel at producing.
