Cookoothama Cabernet Merlot 2007, Darlington Point

My new go to everyday wine. Nose is a bit muted but hints at solid structure. Black cherry, minty-chocolate nose. On the palate, it over-delivers for the price. Same flavours as the nose but more succinct. Great chocolate finish with a bit of toast. Sweet, but not cloying. Tastes like some $20+ bottles I've had. Buy it, try it and never buy Wolf Blass for $5 more again.
