Willm Réserve Riesling 2012, Alsace

Not bad but was hoping for better. An X-Dry wine with good citrus flavours and nice floral notes. The winemakers in Alsace ferment all the sugar in the grapes which is why most are totally dry as opposed to the German method of were a small amount of naturally sweet unfermented grape juice is added back into the wine.

A well priced wine for my wife's book club get together. I had to have some as you'll probably understand. I liked the ripeness and it had a nice finish but not much range or depth.
