This is a nice Light chardonnay with crisp green apple and citrus flavours.
The oak is not overwhelming and more on the nose than the palate. The finish is medium to long but a little zesty. Tasted Feb. 2010

Very deep red colour. I found the aroma to have some oak to it but nothing remarkable. However the complexity on the palate is remarkable. Deep flavours of dark fruits like cherry and plums. A very nice finish. This wine will go nicely with a juicy rare steak.

The Red Label Shiraz/Cab blend is perfect for those that like a Shiraz but sometimes find one that has too much of an edge to it and would prefer a more mellow wine with full flavour and body. Nicely balanced.
