We love the Rose version of this dommestic sparkler. Just the right acidity for fatty starters or through to the main course. Great with Duck Confit. Love the colour and slight strawberry note to the finish.

this has been our "house white" for the summer of 09 and beyond. We ask our guests to taste it and then describe it. The overall impression is that everyone loved it. Served with a good chill on the bottle. Good balance of the three grapes used.

Reif Estate Pinot Noir 2007, VQA Niagara River, Niagara Peninsula

This wine really shows that all tasters can try the same wine and have a completly different outcome. Waters gave this wine 4 out of 5 !!!. Nothing against the great people at Reif, but this Pinot was brutal. Waters , were you tasting the same wine ?
