Piedra Negra Pinot Grigio 2016, Uco Valley
Mendoza, Argentina$13.95
I drank Many botles of this great Pinot Gris from Argentina. Characteristic light straw color, mineral nose, balanced in the mouth, less fruit Then calculated previously. The final: has a medium lenght with them pleasant finish. It is now less fruity, Was 89 and going Towards 87 again It Does not like the handling and tranport. Fragile like most white wines.
Altesino Rosso Toscana 2014
Tuscany, Italy$19.95
Beautiful bright garnet color, the nose can cherry jam, mouthfeel and round, the finish is moderately long and pleasant. From grapes fully ripe, great buy for $ 20, very good October 25, 2016.
Clos La Coutale Cahors 2014
Southwest, France$17.95
Dark ruby, aroma of black fruit, plum blackberry, blueberry. In the mouth well balanced, fruity, dry and a bit of acidity. Good finish That makes you want an other glass. January 12, 2017 Good like most Cahors one of the best for the price. Vive la France When They make something good at a reasonable price.
Ijalba Genoli Viura 2016
Rioja, Spain$14.30
After a year, this white wine starts to get tired. From 89 now 87.
Chateau St. Jean Chardonnay 2012, Sonoma County
California, Usa$18.95
Too much oak for the amount of fruit, unbalanced and alchoolic final.
Fontanafredda Briccotondo Barbera 2014
Piedmont, Italy$14.95
Well I have to like it. Color is dark ruby. Aroma; Smells a lot aim it is not grapy, some people call it May leather, it agressed my nose. Taste: Not enough fruit, a bit of acidity and spice not very balanced. Lenghr: Has Some lenght but not pleasent to me. Again for this wood to much wine, tasted 12/21/2016.
Trapiche Pure Malbec 2015
Mendoza, Argentina$15.95
A mass of fruit, easy to dring goal short finish. Considering the initial mass of fruit I believe its not normal to-have Such a short finish. Could it be Some Concentrated juice Was added to Eliminate the acidity, like it is Customary in Argentina?
Leonardo Chianti Riserva 2012, Docg
Tuscany, Italy$20.95
Color: Ruby a little evolved. Nose: Magnificent odor of ripe serises, Mouth: Balanced but with a small acidic final. Finale: Moderately long. Good wine but a bit pricey.
