Château Raymond Lafon 2004, Sauternes

$35.00

26 décembre 2013 - Belle couleur or brillant. Nez expressif de botrytis, de poire et de litchi. Très présent en bouche, belle acidité et longue finale. Excellent, vraie aubaine à ce prix! À boire jusqu'à 2020.

December 8, 2013 - Introduces a beautiful purple dress intense, with slight signs of evolution. Rather discrete nose, smell the black fruits, cherries, plums, cocoa. The palate follows, and more. Beautiful presence, intense finish. Very nice, well worth the price. Drink between 2013 and 2018.

December 6, 2013 - Very beautiful St Emilion at affordable prices. It has a beautiful purple dress and a beautiful concentrated pretty intense nose dominated by black fruit and raspberry. Beautiful in the mouth, a little linear but nice. Balanced, silky tannins, it will benefit from a few years old, even if already enjoyable. Drink between 2014 and 2020.

La Vite Lucente 2011, Igt Toscana Bottle
La Vite Lucente 2011, Igt Toscana

December 26, 2013 - Presents an intense purple dress. The nose is intense, and a finesse dominated by raspberries. However, its wooded side is very marked. The palate follows the nose, opulent and well balanced. The tannins are present but not aggressive. Concentrated and long on the palate, still benefit from a few years old. Fine wine, I love. Drink between 2015 and 2025. Deep purplish with an intense but elegant nose, surrounded by raspberries. Quite woody, rich on the palate, well balanced, with a long finish. Still young, Will gain with age.

Château La Fleur Du Casse 2014, Saint Emilion Grand Cru

$38.50

Beautiful purple dress and still young. Has a pleasant nose dominated by black fruits, medium intensity. It is nice in the mouth, has a beautiful fruit but lacks a little presence. Low acidity. Probably do not age very well. Drink now and could give more for the price.

Coto De Imaz Reserva 2008, Doca Rioja Bottle
Coto De Imaz Reserva 2008, Doca Rioja
Rioja, Spain
$22.40

December 14, 2013 - Promising with a beautiful garnet color and slight signs of evolution. However, the nose is dominated by wood (too). It denotes all the same flavors of cherry, raspberry, and even a little eucalyptus. The palate is dominated by wood, even more than the nose. Too bad because the wine is present in the mouth and has a nice balance, although the tannins are a little dry on the finish. For lovers of wine heavily forested. Drink between 2013 and 2016.

La Chapelle De Romanin 2010 Bottle
La Chapelle De Romanin 2010
Provence, France
$25.40

December 14, 2013 - The dress has a garnet color of medium intensity and a beautiful nose with notes of plums, meat, spices (pepper), wood and vanilla. The palate follows, but is lighter than the nose foreshadowed. The attack is round and acceptable balance, although a higher level of acidity make it more harmonious. Pleasant wine. Drink between 2013 and 2015.

Mas Des Tourelles Grande Cuvée 2012, Pays D'oc
Languedoc, France
$9.95

December 26, 2013 - Purplish intense enough, it has a nose of raspberries enough now. Pleasant and well-balanced on the palate, but this less than anticipated in the nose. Beautiful fruit. Current fine wine. Drink by 2016 (2011 vintage).
