Ripe on the bush black berry and blue berry fruit. Definite herbal lift builds character within the wine. Tannins and acidity are balanced with aromas and flavours. Had this with mushrooms on toast, which brought out the earthiness of the wine but totally over powered the appetizer choice. Would buy again just based on price point.

Rich and full bodied, the concentration of orange blossom and pear drizzled in honey made for a lovely experience. The low acid paired nicely with Sea Scallops served on a fresh orange and parsley salad drizzled with olive oil. This helped to elevate the wine; great length, my palate was very pleased.

Domaine De La Noblaie Chinon 2010, Ac

A medium body Cabernet France with mellow aromas of cassis, blackberry and sandalwood. This wine's acidity makes is great to enjoy with food. I had it with a Turkey Bolognese over spelt pasta, which was extremely enjoyable. Easy drinking, I wouldn't age this wine too long but it could cellar for another 3-5 years.
