Kim Crawford South Island Pinot Noir 2013, Marlborough
Marlborough, New Zealand$19.95
There really is nothing special about this pinot. There are several others from New Zealand I would rather recommend. That being said it is still better than most crafted in Canada. Like most, it is light, fruity and fun. I found it a bit acidic for my taste but, as another reviewer suggested, that might it make it better when served with food. Jan 3, 2015.
Gustav Adolf Schmitt Niersteiner Spätlese Late Harvest 2012, Rheinhessen
Germany$10.95
A great value for a yummy wine that can be easily sipped or paired with your favourite seafood. It is definitely on the sweet side as are most grapes. That grape taste abounds so enjoy this inexpensive wine that doesn't disappoint.
Revolution Red, California
California, Usa$9.85
Talk about a good everyday drinking wine. It is fresh, smooth, and fruity. Nothing about this great valued wine will make a person put his wine glass down. It is great for parties in that it will go with appetizers, meats, fishes, and even chocolate. I like this wine.
