I am an artist and I also love to cook and drinking wine. Wine is my passion. I have lived in Europe 13 years and I was lucky enough to have such wonderful wines at much cheaper prices then Canada. My fav wines are from Piedmonte Italy (I adore the Nebbiolo grape: Barolo and Barbaresco wines. I also love Barbera D'Alba and D'asti. Wonderful and very affordable. These are often my weekday wines..lol. I also LOVE, respect and adore wines from the Bordeaux Region. I love the wines from the Haut Medoc: The Cru-Bourgeois, St. Estephe, Paulliac, Margaux and I also really love St. Emillion, Pommerol wines from Graves. I love them all. I also enjoy the satellites of St. Emillion: Lussac, Montagne, St. Georges and Puisseseguin. You can find these wonderful wines at lower costs then St. Emillion.

I enjoyed this one. It was medium bodied and had a nice cherry and spicy bouquet wich I love. Its a great wine to have at your pizza party. I buy this one often.

a wonderful wine..and that price...I bought two cases...Even at the 14.95 later price it was still a good buy. Wonderful aroma of red fruits, cherry, raspberry, vanilla and spice and I agree about the cigar box...nice tannins . Nice medium length too. Super BUY!

Enjoying a glass now. Wonderful aroma and nice tastes of raspberry, some leather, peppers...nice finish and a good length. I have to say this is not my favourite Cote de blaye wine. The raspberry taste is a bit too strong for me. I much prefer the cote de blaye bordeaux blend by Chateau La Raz Caman with the tastes of darker fruits and a bolder tannins and a longer finish

Marchesi Di Barolo Langhe Rosso 2009, Doc

A nice light young nebbiolo wine. I liked the mix. Nice ruby colour. Floral and fruity aromas of raspberry, tea and cherry. Dry with medium fruity tannins. Nice little wine, a tad pricey. I have had better at this price too. But the prices of piedmonte wines are just going up.

Had this last night at an art gathering...was not impressed. For 9.95 - buy an Itlaian table wine Doninni..or splurge 2-3$ and get a barbera dasti from piedmonte. I would never buy this wine. the wine had a sour taste on the finish and had no structure. sorry but thats my review...Had a bad headache too from just 3 little dixie cup glasses
