Excellent! I always wanted to try icewine and I finally have ... and it is wonderful! Sweet, fruity (tropical) and very, very nice acid balance. The flavour fortunately lingers for quite a while. What a treat!

Interesting ... not nearly as sweet as I thought it would be. Certainly can taste beeswax and slight honey flavour. Enjoyable for my first experience with mead.
