Really disappointed with this given the love across the board here. Very disjointed, heavy alcohol and awful bitterness on the tannins making it come across very cough syrupy. I can sense the underlying depth everyone here is enamored with, but the heat and tannins just make it way too awkward for me. Maybe I'm catching it at a bad time. Pass.
