Bold and Intense Zinfandel.
Taste? Think of a homemade mixed berry cobbler, served warm: blackberry, raspberry jam, ripe plum, and strawberry pie with hints of vanilla spice.
Goes well with braised porks ribs, marinated tenderloins with creamy mustard sauce and marinated sirloin with gorgonzola mashers.
Had on March09 with Paella.
