Antonin Rodet Syrah 2011, Vin De Pays D'oc
Languedoc, France$9.95
Good value Syrah, all the requisite notes are present, spicy and lively
Duluc De Branaire Ducru 2005, Ac Saint Julien
Bordeaux, France$59.00
Moved the rating down from the previous bottle, it’s still drinking we’ll just nothing special to justify a higher rating. No signs of colour change, lots of sediment and tannins are faded.....same w the fruit.
Château Doms 2010, Ac Graves
Bordeaux, France$17.00
Merlot dominated left bank that surprised me, seemed a little dried out and not being a merlot fan I didn't enjoy this
High Altitude Chardonnay Viognier 2013, Mendoza
Mendoza, Argentina$12.00
Not bad, not exceptional, basic but worth the price
Anselmann Edesheimer Rosengarten Siegerrebe Spätlese 2012, Prädikatswein
Pfalz, Germany$15.95
Perfect with spicy Thai food but there is a lot of sweetness that needs food to cut it
X2 I stand by my original review
Hinterland Borealis Method Charmat Rosé 2013, VQA Ontario
Ontario, Canada$22.00
I found this to be a amazing paired w lobster for an appetizer

Bottle 2 has really changed over these past 6 yrs, colour is fading to a fuller orange and the fruitiness has moved over to the apple juice side, Lots of fizz left and its an interesting to taste to see how this aged. Quite a difference from bottle 1, side note the cork seemed to show a lot of crystals attached to it
