I recently tried the Dievole Chianti Classico DOCG Petrignano 2020, and I was really impressed. It’s smooth and full of flavor, with rich red fruit notes and just a hint of spice. The balance of acidity and tannins makes it super enjoyable, especially with a good pasta dish. Definitely a wine I’d have again!
