Love it! Bright, off dry and pairs really well with bold flavour profiles like Szechuan, Mexican or Thai. My favourite pairing so far has been with Taiwanese 5 spice Beef Noodles.

Really loved it but i drank it a touch too late. Paired it with Heston Blumenthal's very intense Spaghetti Bolognese. If you still have it, it should be drunk ASAP with a special dish and good friends. Leathery, fruity, dark plums with a strong raisin note.
