Always a solid choice, I found this year's vintage a little more off-dry than I recall in previous years. Otherwise, a good expression of the variety and nice value.

Ontario, Canada$39.95
Sour currants and cigarettes beaten to a pulp with a spruce 2x4. Possibly corked, not clearly so, either way the oak drifts well into conifer territory.
The rest of the bottle is going into a batch of onion soup. Maybe two batches to be safe.
