Rich full bodied red wine, with intense plum and wild cherry flavours. Notes of toasted oak are on the lingering finish. On the nose you are greeted by rich cherry and berry aromas followed by the same fresh fruits on that initial sip. You will get a hint of residual sweetness, and a hint of smokiness from the oak on the mid palate, with enough acidity and tannins to stand up to almost anything you want to throw on the grill. If you try it with a slice of pizza it may just become your new favorite pizza wine!
